Rules
Daily Camper Rules are as follows:
1. We charge per unit, not space.
2. You will be given a card with your check out date on it. Keep this card in the windshield of your car at all times.
3. All guests must pay admission for EACH DAY they are visiting.
4. An individual 21 years or older is required to register personally for his group. No single person under 21 years of age is permitted to stay in campground alone.
5. THIS IS A FAMILY CAMPGROUND. Excessive use of alcohol or partying will not be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages, if any, are permissible only if they are quietly consumed at the campsite by adults of legal age. Unruly behavior & profanity are offensive to our guests. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave the premises with NO REFUND.
6. QUIET HOURS are from 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.; No loud talking, noise, or music that could disturb your neighbor at any time.
7. Do not cut, nail into, or in any way damage trees. If you have an issue with a low hanging limb, see management.
8. All campfires are to be contained in fire rings. If you need a fire ring or picnic table, see management. Wood is available at The Landing.
9. Beach is open from 10:00 A.M.-DARK. No lifeguard on duty.
10. All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet long & must be attended at all times. Be considerate of other campers; clean up after your pet!
11. Parents are responsible for their children.
12. Only electric golf carts permitted, with the exception of those grandfathered in. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive a golf cart without the presence of an adult.
Seasonal Camping Rules are as follows:
Please note that a NEW PAYMENT POLICY will be in place for THE 2024 SEASON. Please plan accordingly!
-If 1/2 of rent amount is not paid by March 31, 2024, your electricity will not be turned on.
-If rent is not paid in full by August 15, 2024, electricity will be shut off and no sewage dumps will take place, continuing until amount is paid in full.
-15% late fee compounded every 30 days not paid past August 15, 2024.
-If balance is not reconciled by November 1, 2024, we will be forced to take you to small claims court; in which case your lease will not be renewed for the following season.
1. Water turned on middle of April, off (weather permitting) at the end of October.
2. Electric turned on April 1.
3. A deposit is required at the beginning of camping season; remainder is due no later than August 15.
4. Each seasonal camper pays their own electric.
5. Sewage service is provided between Memorial Day & Labor Day.
6. All guests 7 & older must pay a $2.00 per person, per day, guest charge- an overnight stay is considered 2 days- YOU MUST BE HERE TO HAVE HAVE GUESTS.
7. Each camper is responsible to clean up & keep their lot mowed.
8. Every seasonal camper must have a blue tank.
9. Water & electric lines must be buried underground.
10. No cutting or trimming trees without checking with management.
11. All leaves & sticks must be burned in a fire ring or emptied into the swamp- NO PLASTIC OR PAPER IS TO BE PUT IN THE SWAMP.
12. No subleasing is permitted.
13. If a camper is sold, it must be pulled out unless the sale has been approved by management; otherwise rent for the season will be due in full.
14. No wooden sheds are allowed; must be plastic & transportable- ask management before putting up a shed.
15. No lattice or wooden awnings are allowed.
16. Ask management before building a deck.
17. Quiet hours are 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
18. All children must be at their campsites by 11:00 P.M., unless supervised by an adult.
19. No alcohol can be carried around the premises. Alcohol can be consumed at a minimum at your campsite.
20. Tent camping is only allowed if they are guests of a seasonal camper & the seasonal camper is here. The nightly camping fee will be charged.
21. You are responsible for YOUR guests at all times.

23. Pets are allowed; they must be kept on a leash & cleaned up after.
24. We are a family campground & expect all of our campers to act accordingly.
25. If you have a golf cart that you will be using at Long Lake, it must be insured. Documentation of proof of insurance will be required to management before Memorial Day Weekend.
26. A lease agreement for ALL seasonal residents will be available in the Landing to be signed beginning Memorial Day Weekend. They will need to be signed and returned no later than June 18.
